What data we process and why

• Communication – when you write to us, we process your name, email address, phone number if provided and the content of your message so that we can reply and propose next steps. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
• Documents for an assignment or investment opportunity – documents you share are processed only to the extent required for the assessment and under the agreed confidentiality arrangements. We accept sensitive documentation only after agreeing how it will be transferred securely.
• Contractual relationship – if we agree to work together, we process the data required to perform the contract and to meet our legal obligations (such as accounting and tax).

We keep communication data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and no longer than 3 years after the last message; contractual data for the period required by law.

We do not share data with third parties other than processors who help us operate (web hosting and email service providers) and specialists we work with on an assignment by agreement with you.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Your browser only stores a technical preference if you dismiss the offer of another language version. Fonts and all website files are served from our own server, without third-party services.
