TULAR is a trading brand of Actio Pauliana, s.r.o. We combine economic analysis, an understanding of operating conditions and the preparation of practical action. We work for business and property owners and for municipalities.

Our advisory team combines extensive experience and knowledge of local conditions with leading international service standards through a team of in-house and external experts in the Czech Republic and abroad. Its core members have worked together on various public and private projects across Central and Eastern Europe since 1996.

The origin of the name

Our motto expresses this philosophy:

Protecting and developing assets
The name TULAR derives from the Etruscan word for boundaries, attested in inscriptions defining territories and plots of land. For our brand, it inspires a broader approach to protecting assets and value: respect for ownership, clearly defined responsibilities and considered decisions about the future of assets.
To us, TULAR represents protecting value against avoidable erosion, responsible stewardship and creating the conditions for further development. We combine an understanding of risks and liabilities with a search for economically sound opportunities. We consider assets in the context of their use, performance and long-term prospects.
